How it works
Diaphragm pumps operate by the periodic change of size of the suction chamber produced by the movement of a flexible diaphragm. The gas flow causes valves to open and close automatically. The pump units are directly connected to the drive motor. The MVP 015 is a two-stage design, meaning it uses two pumping stages in series to achieve a lower ultimate pressure. The intake side is provided with a swivelling screw fitting (G1/8) and screw (G1/4) for connection to a turbopump. A pressure connection (silencer G1/8) is on the front side. The pump has an ON/OFF mains switch.[3][4]
